Restart router from 2020-03-27 01:00 NZST to 2020-03-27 02:00 NZST

Work completed, the router did not have to be restarted to resolve the issue.

We will be restarting a core router at about 1.00am to resolve a potential issue.

This will cause an outage of about 10 minutes.
