When are the Brownout and Blackout dates?
Brownout for new Internet and Voice services begins on 8am 15th December 2019
Blackout for all services begins at 8am 20th December 2019
New orders and orders placed during the blackout period will be processed from 8am 13th January 2019
What does this mean for you?
During the Brownout fault restoration activity will be performed as usual, and with the exception of escalations, no new planned work may be scheduled.
Orders will be accepted during the period. However, anything placed within Brownout Period does not have the same SLA on deployment and may be delayed.
During the Blackout fault restoration activity will be performed as usual. However, no new installs, nor services changes will be accepted.
Faults and Service Restoration:
Fault restoration and maintenance of existing services will be done during the brownout and blackout periods.
How to request an exemption:
If there are any exemptions required for any critical business reason, please contact your account manager in advance to schedule the works.
